As a Pittsburgher, I can remember these days...All so well!!

Thank goodness for the man in the hat that kept you warm on the inside.

The way I prepare Oatmeal is to make it a bit lumpy, add sugar, butter, and finally the milk.  I like for the milk to run all over the Oatmeal without mixing it into it.  The butter can be mixed into it, but the sugar and milk should be on top.  

This creates an amazing taste and it gives your tastebuds a real treat.
